Description:

Sueca is a captivating point-trick card game that has garnered popularity among players in various countries, including Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Macao, Mozambique, Nagasaki, and Goa. It is a team-based multiplayer game designed for four players, each team comprising two players.

The objective of Sueca is to win as many tricks as possible using a 40-card deck excluding the 8's, 9's, and 10's. The cards are ranked in the following order from highest to lowest: Ace, 7, King (K), Jack (J), Queen (Q), 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. Each card holds a distinct point value; the Ace has the highest value at 11 points, followed by the 7 at 10 points (referred to as "manilha" in Portuguese), K at 4 points, J at 3 points, Q at 2 points, and the remaining cards at 0 points.

In Sueca, the player who wins a trick accumulates the total value of the cards in that trick. Notably, the highest card in the trump suit always prevails.
